Why insurance agents should not become novelists
Revisado: 05-09-24
Romance defacated on what might’ve been a barely passable spy story. John le Carrie would be rolling over in his grave.

How many pages I had to skip because they were Modlin BS
Revisado: 04-22-24
Some parts of the storyline were good. The novel was as predictable as the actors superhuman.
It got hard to take

I would’ve expected better from the water of grape spy novels
Revisado: 08-04-23
This novel was as gross as it was on. Interesting. While I was able to piece together, the rest of the novel from the introduction, it just wasn’t worth it. Archenemy whatever his name was, didn’t interest me, the plot didn’t interest me, and I can’t understand why Makari would’ve wasted his time on such shit.

Sucked
Revisado: 01-30-23
The novel was so bad that toward the end I was hoping for the bad guys to win.
The author gave up his insurance shop in Peoria, Illinois to write a sucky, third rate vengeance rag so implausible and far-fetched and unbelievable and pedestrian and lengthy. Did I say Lenghy?Let’s talk about what he ordered at the restaurant and how he almost slit his own wrist because his wife got killed. Ian Fleming did it in two pages. This guy takes half the book to do the same thing but poorly. The worst thing about it is that audible keeps on wanting to start over again. But that’s OK because I want to get this item off my Audible library before anybody else sees that I ordered from such
a poor author.

Historia
The true story of what took place in Donald Trump’s White House during a disastrous 2020 has never before been told in full. What was really going on around the president, as the government failed to contain the coronavirus and over half a million Americans perished? Who was influencing Trump after he refused to concede an election he had clearly lost and spread lies about election fraud? To answer these questions, Phil Rucker and Carol Leonnig reveal a dysfunctional and bumbling presidency’s inner workings in unprecedented, stunning detail.

Loved it
Revisado: 01-05-23
Riveting listening. The storyline and detail are excellent. Some of the areas like Jeffrey Boermans firing are only touched upon, but having read his book. Also, I was able to get a complete picture of more of the complete players and background.
