I have been struggling chronically with self improvement. I felt that there must be something wrong with me since I could not seem to realize any of the goals I had. After applying the lessons in this book I have seen marks of improvement. I have a life long road ahead of self development. But now thanks to Atomic Habits, I have an organized system to help guide me in the direction I want to go.
