A little corny but addictive

Really enjoyed it- not a moment not packed with action. I was super interested and invested. A tiny bit corny- but it’s a romantic fantasy, so to be expected. Wish the characters weren’t so predictable and stereotypical but hopefully the next books will give them more depth for me.

Did not connect with POV

Wanted to get some tips on how to better manage/ deal with my toddler. I hated the "caveman" comparisons throughout this book. I'm sorry but the way I see my daughter does not align- I want a POV that is more about understanding and love- and that is not what I found with this book. I found the POV condescending and less-than. I ended up asking for a refund.

I was immediately hesitant when I started hearing this book. Did not pick up on positive/light energy but the positive. Future listeners be warned! I listened for a bit then stopped and asked for a refund. If you want to know about Pleiadians I recommend Barbara Marciniak instead!

Really enjoyed this book from beginning to end. Finished it in a weekend- could not put it down! Especially appreciated the smart/witty dialogue, pop-culture references and unexpected twists in plot. Wanted to hear more at the end with a bit more satisfaction for our male lead but other than that highly recommended!

Gave story 4 stars because I wanted more of an equal resolution at the end of the characters coming together. Hate when it’s solely the male lead that does all the work. Plus in real life it would’ve been super stalker-y. She said no a lot, dude!
However I was hooked from beginning to end. Excellent performance too.
