This is one of, if not, the best real estate investment book on Flipping. She does a phenotype job of going through all the phases that you need to move through to have successfull flip. She's new enough where she's not yet unconsciously doing steps and yet experienced enough where she can speak from a space of certainty.
I first followed her on YouTube and was thrilled when she shared that she was publishing a book. She did not disappoint.

Wow! Now one of my favorite books!

It was well written, deeply insightful, riveting at times and yet had me feeling deeply at peace. I love biographies in large part because of the insight I get into what elements and Dynamics are present in the lives of accomplished people but Josh took to time to not only tell has story but also extrapolated what the processes we're that got him there.

I downloaded this largely because it was being offered as a promotion by audible and within the first few minutes I became very intrigued. it's insightful, filled with great stories and has inspired many ways that I can make some tangible shifts in my business and life.
