Great book! I recently got promoted to a supervisor position. I had extremely difficulty dealing with two employees. Knowing the other two people will continue being difficult, I am able to change my attitude and gain control of situations with help from this book. Surprisingly the two people changed dramatically their attitude towards me as well.
