Historia
Become the person others emulate. In his early thirties, Jefferson Rogers was broke, addicted, and on the verge of losing everything he had built. Things had to change. He had to change. In ALL IN, Jefferson reveals how he flipped the switch on his addictive tendencies and channeled them toward a life of progress, positivity, and peace of mind. With a roadmap based on the methodology and commitments from his own journey, Jefferson shows you how to get focused—and disciplined—to exchange destructive habits for constructive patterns.

Completely captivating

I had been wanting to read his book as soon as it came out but I anticipated that Jeff would come out with an audio version. I can honestly say that it did not disappoint. It felt like we were in the car together and he was telling me this amazing story that I didn't want to end! I have listened to countless books on business and personal growth but All In sets itself apart. I am incredibly honored to know Jeff and extremely inspired by how much he has accomplished in such a short amount of time. His energy is contagious and that's why this is a must listen!

As a returning student of Jiu-jitsu, I was completely fascinated with the story behind Gracie Jiu-jitsu in America. I highly recommend this book to anyone willing to take a deeper look and potentially change their perspective on this method of self defense.

Historia
Deep is a voyage from the ocean's surface to its darkest trenches, the most mysterious places on Earth. Fascinated by the sport of freediving - in which competitors descend to great depths on a single breath - James Nestor embeds with a gang of oceangoing extreme athletes and renegade researchers. He finds whales that communicate with other whales hundreds of miles away, sharks that swim in unerringly straight lines through pitch-black waters, and other strange phenomena.

This is by far the most interesting book I have listened to and or read. I highly recommend this book to everyone that has any interest in breathing techniques, swimming, open water swimming, diving, the ocean, ocean animals, echo location, or the limitations of the human species.

Historia
An incredible but true account of achieving one of the most awe-inspiring midlife physical transformations ever. In October 2006, the night before he was to turn 40, Rich experienced a chilling glimpse of his future. Nearly 50 pounds overweight and unable to climb the stairs without stopping, he saw where his sedentary lifestyle was taking him. Most of us look the other way when granted such a moment of clarity, but not Rich.
