Surprisingly wonderful!

This book started off kind of slow and it was a little hard to get into all the character introductions - but once it got going it was a FANTASTIC storyline. There were many delightful twists and turns. I loved how the story came together at the end - I felt like it all tied together nicely. I didn’t love the narration, it felt very cheesy at first but it grew on me.

Absolutely incredible and exactly what I needed to hear

I cannot even begin to describe how incredible this book is! I listened to it all in one day, and am about to start listening to it a 2nd time. Listening to it is like salve for my soul. There are so many chapters in this book that are exactly what I needed to hear right now. I think this is my favorite Shauna Niequist book (which says a lot because Cold Tangerines and Bittersweet were tied for my all time favorite books)

This book was really hard to get through. Although she ties up the character story lines nicely at the end, it was kind of predictable and nothing really interesting happens
