Turns out it was too good to be true. Rex Sloane is cold, hard, and impenetrable. I'm not convinced he's even human. Oh, and he's a dick. I should've walked my over-qualified legs right out of his penthouse the moment he screamed at me for wearing a tutu with his daughter, but stupid me, I didn't.

This story line focuses more on the MC, it was refreshing to see the author unpack certain triggers through a males perspective.
Sex scenes were extremely spicy! Be prepared for some jaw dropping scenes.

This was my first book where the male character had military background. Loved how the author touched on a few issues, PTSD, Domestic violence and gun smuggling. The spice and lust in the main characters was very much included and it all mixed well together in the story. Spicy Romance…. Brothers Best Friend… Time Gap

Age Gap Romance, Italian Mafia. The storyline was a good read. I bought the Audible edition of this book. Wasn’t 100% in love with the way the actress voice comes across. I feel she read it the same tone through out the book. I would recommend the actual book and kindle over audible.
