Not sure I understand it

Fr Stephen seems to put the old Testament on the level of Greek myth. I don't understand his insistence that God lives all around us and guides our world but can't stop the world for a day. He seems to be upset by what he calls fundamentalists but he seems to be talking about those of us who think scripture is at least literally true as well as symbolic and allegorical.

I really enjoyed the book. I want to convert and this seems to give a good taste of the life of the church. Her willful bad grammar was jarring and made me wary of a lot of what she said. She would be more effective in her feminist propaganda had she used he/she properly.

a very important message for the church

Joel salatin has put into words something I have been feeling for a while. When you look at industrial Farms you know they're wrong this tells you why.
