I love these books but
The author must be a messages because I swear to God every single thing bad that could happen throughout these three books did happen. Like I love the story cooking something good happen for just a half a chapter that’s all I’m asking. Like I would enjoy a side story where the main character just had a good day just one fucking good day .It just comes to a point where if something good happens I know in the next five seconds something really terrible will happened.

Slow story

This is a wonderful story my only thing against it is that it’s incredibly slow
Luckily it’s a good enough story that even though it’s slow it’s usually because they’re working on a certain character’s personality giving you a better idea of how a certain character acts. Additionally similar to a TV show there are some fillers sometimes a chapter will seem like it was kind of unnecessary in the plot doesn’t really go forward. Additionally there are sometimes where I’m just like what else shitty can happen to the main character. But at the end of the day it’s a really good book I’m looking forward to the second book

It’s sooooo slow

The book isn’t terrible but half of it is just him training. It really seems like you’re just waiting for something to happen throughout this whole 24 hour book . I just kept on listening thinking something would actually happen but it was mostly all training I think that more than a quarter of this book didn’t need to be in there
