Any additional comments?

This was a wonderfully written set of real stories about kids who have found themselves homeless. I particularly liked that they didn't taint it against family, or against the kids..just the true way these things come about. Some had terrible situations that brought them there, others made bad choices with good backgrounds. They didn't portray judgement, or happy endings..just stories so we understand how it really is. I saw that one reviewer noted about this book that it was too sad to read...I guess I wanted to say to the reader..."welcome to the real world outside of the bubble many of us live in."
This book has me looking into Covenant house, and how I can contribute for those children who need a place to figure out their lives, for those who will. For those who can.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Longest Ride to be better than the print version?

I didn't read the print version, but I didn't like the way the female voice portrayed the voice of the young man...

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Longest Ride?

The way the story wrapped up at the end was very good. i found the first half of the book a little drawn out...

Any additional comments?

Nice book, just a little slow for me..
