I absolutely love this book; as a therapist myself, I recommend this book to many of my clients who falls in love with it as well and finds it extremely empowering. I like to use it in conjunction with their therapy sessions and it has been a tremendous aid thus far to help those with anxiety, depression and low confidence levels. I will continue to recommend this book.
