Great story with a lot of valuable info

The author takes you through his journey as a real estate investor. He does so in a relatable way and packs in a lot of good lessons learned along the way. I'm a relatively experienced real estate investor and found many good nuggets of info, especially in his fudgable factors breakdown at the end.

Great book, difficult as audio book though

Content is great; however, there are a lot of charts and figures in the book that can be difficult to listen to. For example, the author has numerous tables throughout that list various taxes & incentives and how they apply to 10 or so different countries. While this is great and proves his point that these strategies work throughout the world, I would normally skim something like this in text to find what's applicable to me & not have to listen to it being read out.

I didn't see the excessive selling that others are mentioning. There is some, but it's not distracting. Conceptually, the book is very simple: come up with an incredibly detailed vision, get some feedback/professional edits, & share it with people. I don't regret listening to it, but probably don't need to hear it again.

Good general overview.

This is a good general overview of options for raising private money. The narrator did a good job overall although there was a noticeable cough & pause at one point and another instance that sounded like clap that someone forgot to edit out.
