It was a great book

I thought it was a very good insight into the feminine mind. Many of the suggestions I already partook in, but never really saw if the things the way the authors relayed it. Good audiobook...

This is a very useful book!! The author has written a research-based book with advice on how to beat distractions and focus on what is important in life. This is an excellent book - but, like any self-help book, the hard part is actually implementing the ideas in your life. I highly recommend this book.

This is a very easy and clear book with a lot of good points and suggestions. I enjoyed it and learned quite a bit. I did, however, leave wanting and feeling like I needed more. I'm not exactly sure what. Maybe a little more in-depth advice to processes and methods mentioned.
