Best bi-awakening book

As always Joel Leslie was perfection. I was sucked in by the story halfway through the first chapter. Definitely a 5 star read and listen.

JF Harding was amazing but Stephen Dexter ruined this story bc of all of his whispering and whining...
60% through the story and I still couldn't stand either MC and it was just so grrrr and frustrating. Definitely returning.

Happy Accident

Brand new author & PNR trope for me but I love Joel Leslie and the premise sounded good. I absolutely loved this book. It had so many 'feels'...
If you're looking for scorching hot sexy times this probably isn't the book for you, it does have sexy MC's, romance & some heat but it's more about solving a murder & the new skill of seeing 'dead people'. Lots of laughs and a few tears and plenty of sweet & sassy secondary characters.
Joel Leslie was perfect as always.

Narration- Cringe

Story is ok but the narration was so bad it was hard to enjoy. I have hundreds of audio books and this is definitely one of the (if not THE) worst narrators I've ever heard. Cringe-worthy would most aptly describe some of the voices used.

Great Intro to this Trilogy...

this is a five-star story and at most times a four-star narration but at times the mumbling is pretty bad and even slowing the audio speed down won't help you understand what's being said and unfortunately those things are integral to the story. but the narrator does do a great job distinguishing characters through his different voices but the fact that there were multiple important pieces of information that were hard to understand knocked narration down to three stars. however I did finish the book in one sitting and will be listening to the second book because the characters are fantastic. I fell in love with all three MCs. definitely worth the credit

All the stars. Such a great sequel. I loved the low angst after the heartbreak ending of book one. Worth the wait and the credit. Fantastic cast! Teddy & Shane were so sexy & fun together.

Amazing story. Hamish Long is fantastic. Just be forewarned that after such a long hard fought battle to get off the streets of London the hea is wrapped up in 2 minutes. Literally. It almost ruins the story but Romeo is so lovely and strong that you're left happy and hopeful for him just with a bit of a book hangover.

Teddy & Jacob auto buy

Teddy Hamilton and Jacob Morgan separate or together in any mm Romance are an auto buy from me. (Honestly, if they were reading the phone book together it might be an auto-buy.) But, I would definitely say the preview written is misleading. Brooks is not the pursuer in this relationship & he isn't smitten because Archer has a scowl & he wants to make him smile.... Archer actually shows way more interest then you would think by reading the preview. It doesn't matter though if you'rea fan of these narratos. The story was unique to me and I enjoyed the characters and the narration was perfection. Both Teddy & Jacob have a way of charming you, making you just smile and giving you the feels without there being any sexy times (which there aren't any until about 4 hours in...) Regardless it was a 5 star performance of a low-angst 4 star story that I happily listened to in one sitting.

Completely Biased

Teddy Hamilton and Jacob Morgan are my two favorite narrators so this was a no-brainer purchase for me. They did not disappoint. This story was so sweet with just the right amount of heat and angst for a novella. Mt only complaint is I wish it was a full book. Five stars all the way around.
