Historia
This is Part 2 of the abduction and murder of Dorothy Jane Scott. In 1980, Dorothy Jane Scott was abducted from the parking lot of UC Irvine Medical Center while helping an ill coworder. Her car was found in flames the next morning, and she was never seen again. Her parents were tormented for years by calls from a man claiming to be the one who took her. When her body was found in August of 1984, very few questions were answered. There are several theories about what happened to Dorothy, but no new evidence has been found. Check out the website for written versions of cases, photos, and more:...

New case to me, thanks!

I appreciate the detailed coverage of the case. Upon pondering how it came to be that Dorothy’s watch stopped at that time…. perhaps it was a self winding watch?

Historia
These are the stories that defy conventional logic. The proverbial vanished without a trace incidences, which happen a lot more (and a lot closer to your backyard) than almost anyone thinks. These are the missing whose situations are the hardest on loved ones left behind. The cases that are an embarrassment for park superintendents, rangers, and law enforcement charged with Search & Rescue.

Ed Krause – Alaska’s First Serial Killer

Historia
Many serial killers have called Alaska home, and if you apply the broadest definition to the term, then serial killers terrorized settlers here long before profilers coined the term “serial killer.” A near-total lack of law enforcement in Alaska in the early 1900s allowed human predators to prowl the territory and prey on settlers and gold miners. Imagine the nervous miners who had amassed a quantity of gold. How did they sleep? Terror must have gripped them during the long trek from their claim to the nearest town and bank where they could deposit their gold. Ed Krause was a vile predator...

Historia
In the late evening of August 21, 1986 a killer swept through the Cameroonian village of Nyos. This killer claimed the lives of every man, woman, child, and animal it came across. By the morning of the 22nd, nearly 2000 people were found dead. Many seemed to have dropped right in their tracks, whether in the middle of making dinner, or getting ready for bed, some even died while driving or walking home. The worst part was, this was not the first time this killer had struck. This is the story of the killer in the lake! Special Thanks to Neba, @lesartisansduchamp https://instagram.com/...

Nyla Tragedy

This reminds me of what happened at horseshoe Lake in Mammoth Area California. It’s very surreal to go there and see the dead trees knowing that many people lost their lives and animals as well. You guys did great on this episode. I’m hooked!
