I am not a Buddhist nor have I ever saw Buddhist teachings, but the teachings from this monk have very real applications. I really enjoyed listening to this book.

Worth the read?

This book has really good principles, such as the importance of waking up early and how it can change your life. Unfortunately, the story was a little too fabulous for my taste, but that’s OK. Some people enjoy that. All in all this book did change my life. I now wake up at 4 AM work out till about 5:30. Walked my dog until about 630 and overall have improve my health my mental health And my efficiency with my business. I am glad that I did listen to it all even though some of the book was cringe worthy.

Hey, very emotionally moving and eye-opening book. I first heard of this book from the tribe of mentors by Tim Ferris, and many of the mentors who mentioned it I decided to give it a try and what I have found has not disappointed it is important to take the lessons that are taught in this book and take them to heart.
