Don't call about "The Book" Grant Mentions

Great for sales people and motivation
Revisado: 10-31-17
Grant injects his passion into the topic. His "squirrels" are relevant and make this book feel like his is talking directly to you. I think most people forget they are sales people in their jobs and lives. Great book, glad it is in my library.

What did you love best about Bootstrap Leadership?
This book was referenced in a leadership seminar provided by my company. My goal is to be a better leader and move up the ladder in my company. This book had some great insight as to things to do to with your peers and direct reports that I will certainly implement immediately in my current position.
I only wish more of the upper middle and senior management in our company would read/listen to a book like this. We have a huge gap in leadership on certain levels and the littlest thing like communication can bridge those gaps and make our company that much better.
This is certainly a book that needs a second or third listen to fully absorb the concepts.
