Great book...but...

Great and insightful tool for challenging one's ability to move forward despite negative internal and external imposing factors. The narrator wasn't necessarily bad....however I've grown accustomed to appreciate the Dr. Cloud's voice and narration. When he narrates his
own books, it sounds and feels more comforting to listen too. Whereas this narrator sounds as though he is definitely reading script and a story that's completely not of his own.

I've read Lean In and Confidence Code and for me this book provided the candid straight forward- get yourself together feedback I needed. Sankar sounds like the female mentor every serious woman in business needs to get ish done.
