I feel like way too much focus was given to meaningless part of his politics and the end of the book came to a sudden end. it was mid term. there was no personal reflection.

a lot about communication, dos and don't, and self development. very very little insight about the construction industry. it almost feels like a self development book was rewritten to include the keyword "construction" just to be able to publish it in another category.
