I finished this book in 1 day. It's we'll written and really interesting. it's one of the best books I've come across on the topic of on how our belife System and mindset affects aboundance, not only in Money. It's philosophy is down to earth and has a good balance of working true hard feelings around these topics and learning new positive ways of seeing things without surpresing old wounds.

Historia
Since Darwin's day, we've been told that sexual monogamy comes naturally to our species. Mainstream science - as well as religious and cultural institutions - has maintained that men and women evolved in families in which a man's possessions and protection were exchanged for a woman's fertility and fidelity. But this narrative is collapsing....

Great at teaching new perspectives
Revisado: 04-02-22
it's a good book for seeing new perspectives around women's sexuality especially! And on our natural pull towards the not so traditional family and relationships systems.
There is a lot of good information from both sicence and people's with a lot of knowledge in their feild...but I sometimes feel the author brushes of some fact's now and then that didn't fit their opinion. And it feelt a bit too much like the book was trying to convince me about something rather than sharing new perspectives.

Historia
Few of us have lived through the kind of suffering Teal Swan endured: 13 years of ritual abuse at the hands of a cult. But all of us have been fractured by trauma in one way or another. Your wounds may be visible as bodily scars; or they may show up in the form of anxiety, depression, or PTSD; or you may simply be struggling in your life for reasons you don’t simply understand. The good news is that you can heal your wounds.

Historia
Waking the Tiger offers a new and hopeful vision of trauma. It views the human animal as a unique being, endowed with an instinctual capacity. It asks and answers an intriguing question: Why are animals in the wild, though threatened routinely, rarely traumatized? By understanding the dynamics that make wild animals virtually immune to traumatic symptoms, the mystery of human trauma is revealed.
