Turkey, I expected to HATE thus book. Credit returned for sure. Instead I LOVED IT!! Could not put it down. Excellent writing! Incredible character development. Fantastic plot twist. And FINALLY some original thinking. Onto the next!

Very well written. Engaging., great setup. But the twin sister thing—really? Potentially convoluted if it’s not unpacked well in proceeding books. On to number 2!

Absolutely Fantastic, but the original is a better story.

The characters come alive as always. They’re well portrayed and it 90-95% loyal to the source material. They do a great job of illuminating some things from the original story, but also end up confusing a few others, and outright creating new things altogether. Which is fine. It loved it. I’ll likely listen to it a “few more times” over the years.

I’m a pretty big sci-fi nerd as it is. I don’t get into it as much as some people do I’m sure. However, I really love these additions to the story. I know there are three of them so far this one and two others that have been dramatized with the characters. I don’t know when the last one was made yet, but I really hope that more are coming. Especially now that the queen is basically a Disney princess.
