I've suffered with anxiety for as long as I can remember. I ordered it a week and a half ago after my social anxiety seemed to explode into me even anticipating going to the bathroom in my home and a 1st appointment with a therapist specializing would take a month. I'm seeing changes already. The techniques in this book are practical and easy to implement. I subscribed to the audio course after listening Part 1. I thought that if I could see this much progress by listening the book, the 14-week course would certainly produce even more results.

I stumbled across this book. I didn't expect it to have anything actually helpful inside... I was surprised to find techniques and ideas I have not thought of or tried before. I struggle with emetophobia (a fear of vomiting) and with sick season approaching my nerves have been very high and I have found myself up all night with anxiety and sick with worry. I finished the book asap so I could try the techniques. They really work.

I just finished the book and it’s definitely a good listen. I suffer from a lot of aniexty, specific phobias and have a brain that won’t turn off when a negative thought comes in. I had a horrible week prior to reading this book and I found the author makes you look at your aniexty from a different view point. More logical and detached from whatever is stopping you from enjoying life.
