True to Greek drama

It’s a new and interesting take to Greeks and hero’s, but it’s a little too dramatic for my taste. A lot of whinnying could have been avoided but that’s to be expected of Greek drama.

Very slow begging

It took me a long time to get through the firsts 8 chapters. After that the story went faster, and more exciting than the wining and childish of the begging of the story. Thankfully the ending was pretty good, everything got tight nicely with a bow. The action was barely there, like 5 seconds of it after so much build up.

Good but not as good as the first book.

I understand grief but I feel like a lot of the book was spend on whining and waiting. It pick up pace like a third way through but really took a effort for me to get the through the whiny parts. So far feel like the first book was a lot better.

More like a highschool story than an adventure

I feel like a lot of the whole story was a lot about wining and high-school bulling and dealing with first feelings for boys. I love character development but for being a long story i don't feel like that development was proportional. Also not a fan of books that divide chapters into different character POV. The overall story is really good and has a lot of potential. But the book could have accomplish that a lot better with less than half the actual time.

The ending left something to be desire

The whole series was pretty awesome but then it felt a very anticlimactic when the series end on the last part. There was a lot character building and not a lot of drama. which i appreciate. i liked it a lot but it was a series that could have been build more.

Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprise

The begging book was a little winy but that’s to be expected when the main character is a chubby boy that doesn’t know anything. But when he discovery what’s truely happening around him the story picks up a lot and gets very interesting.

Whining

Interesting story but too much winning and devil this devil that talk. I guess is goes with the scenery and time story but still. It’s annoying.

I tried, I really tried

I couldn’t even finish the book. That’s how frustrating and slow it was. Barely anything happens for the longest time. It has a nice universe story, little different than the norm. Which is good but stilll it was toooo slowwww..
