Very enjoyable

In this story we meet Regan. A young lady who has basically been sheltered from the zompoc from a young age. Yes she knows but shes never really had to deal with it. Until she meets a young girl. We watch Regans confidence grow as she becomes the heroine. Strong characters and amazingly strong story. I look forward to the next two books.

This is a great story from book 1. Our heroine Ryn is a strong character who not only grows in confidence but into her wings as well. I dont want to spoil too much of the story. I say give it a whirl you wont be disappointed. Strong characters, stronger story, with just the right amount of romance. Loved it!

Everyone in a small town over the age of 18 agrees to enter into a government experiment that basically preserves them. They wont grow old, die, procreate, etc. Bethany is the only child in this town.
We follow her story. As she matures mentally but not physically. Everyone refuses to see her as anything but a child.
This is a strong griping and sad story. It's well written with strong characters. If you havent read or listened to it. I suggest you give it a whirl.

I absolutely loved the wilds. the story kept my interest. my only struggle was with the narration. the narrator gave our heroine a squeaky voice when shes speaks which I detest but her inner dialogue was deeper and seductive which is better.

This series just keeps getting better! Lots of dancing, sex, and determination. The story and characters is extremely well written and acted out. Barner does an amazing job with keeping you glued to the pages, I personally did not a feel a single dull moment while listening. I wasn't hooked on the series at first but the more I read and listen the more hooked I become. Now Im anxiously awaiting to see how Barner out does herself in the next Draglen story!

Cupcake anyone?

Showken is much better than Draken! The writing is more developed as well as the characters. Mari is just your average girl just trying to make a living and is also trying to escape her past. Showken is a playboy and a dragon shifter. I will not say any more for fear of giving away spoilers. I am looking forward to listening to Layern. Especially if the writing and character development continues to grow.

I love my shifters. So, when seeing that this was about dragon shifters. While listening to it I discovered that it was better than reading it. I still had a hard time getting into Draken. I felt it was lacking in some areas. I wish the story would've been expanded. I would've loved to see more depth to the characters as well. The bantering between the brothers made it seem real. By the end of the book the story and writing did get better. Seeing as this is a series. I will be listening on to see if things get better.
