Historia
Have you ever wondered "Why did I do that?" or "Why can't I just control my behavior?" Others may judge our reactions and think, "What's wrong with that person?" When questioning our emotions, it's easy to place the blame on ourselves; holding ourselves and those around us to an impossible standard. It's time we started asking a different question. Through deeply personal conversations, Oprah Winfrey and renowned brain and trauma expert Dr. Bruce Perry offer a groundbreaking and profound shift from asking “What’s wrong with you?” to “What happened to you?”

Wow!

This is the best book I have ever read on learning why we react the way we do. So much powerful knowledge is shared on and in-between these lines. I would recommend this book to everyone to help better understand others instead of judging behavior.

This is by far one of the best books I have read on leadership. It is relatable and honest in every sense. It has so many golden nuggets and I thoroughly enjoyed the stories. Will be re-reading and highly recommending.

Hard to listen to

Overall a pretty good contents and tips. Narration is very monotone and sounds like a female robot. Very hard to stick with it through the end.

What did you love best about Cure Your Child with Food!?
I wish I had this book when my kids were younger. It explains so much and all makes sense now. The right nutrition is so important for great health of children. We need to feed our bodies what they need again and starting kids at a young age is so easy and sets a great foundation for life (and generations to follow.) Although I personally don't agree with all nutritional recommendations, I still think this is one of the best books for parents to have.
