I love this book! The narrator has this little hip hoppy tune for sochee...(sorry I forgot how to spell her name) that is a good thing I guess, but when I was first reading the book I imagined her as a cool down to earth girl. It doesn't HAVE to change tho

Ok so I like a steamy novel but often get tired of the predictable characters and situations. The steam is there but it is a slow burn at first. Loved it!

Wasn't sure what to think.

Ok so about 5 min in. I thought this would be more of a spoof but I stuck to it. I ended up falling totally for the characters (yes even Pams high pitched rants). It reminded me of a much less complicated time in my young adulthood when buying a killer outfit was more fun then a new set of dinnerware. The story gets more complex even though the characters and some situations are silly. I thought the chemistry between Astrid and her hot vamp was just that super Hot! Yes I will be down loading the next installment right away!

Reminds me of J Frost series.

I love the night huntress series and this has a similar feel. I want to see more development of the male characters but I really love who Grateful is. Another comparison is that it is H. O. T. Yep sinfully hot. This is my first read with the narrator too but she did a great job. It was fluid with out getting monotone and she got the male voices right with out sounding strained. Can't wait to start the next book.
