Historia
Like most humans, NYU student Mia Stalis knows little about the beautiful, mysterious invaders who’ve taken over Earth. Rumors about them abound: about their impossible strength and speed, their intentions toward Earth...their vampiric tendencies. None of it concerns Mia, though - until she catches Korum’s eye. Powerful and terrifyingly seductive, the Krinar leader will do anything to possess her - and no human law can stop him.

OH MY... ALIENS!!!!
Revisado: 09-30-18
I. WANT. THIS. TO. BE. REAL!!! Oh, so bad!
This was so good. Just... wow!!
Mia and Korum’s story was brilliant. This was the first alien romance book I’ve read (trilogy). It went above and beyond my expectations. I always loved Anna Zaire’s writing, but this was the first I read from Dima Zales. Let me just say they make me want to read more from them.
Like I can’t even get into every single thought I have right now because my mind just can’t settle for one thought. I’m blown away. This series has hella plot (good plot that makes sense and isn’t boring), I’ve grown invested in the characters to the point where I’m like ‘where the heck is book four in this series?’, and I just love the undeniable chemistry between Mia and Korum. I’m so happy right now, so I’d HIGHLY recommend this series to everyone is you love a fantasy/alien love story!

Historia
Megan Vandemeer meant to tell her parents about her broken engagement, but a month and a half later she finds herself boarding a plane home to her wedding. Having stretched avoidance to its limits, it's time to come clean - a terrifying prospect since her mother is sure to blame her rather than her cheating, emotionally frigid ex. A couple of drinks and two Dramamine later, Megan finds herself spilling her sob story to the tall, dark, and handsome stranger in the seat next to her.

HILARIOUS
Revisado: 07-09-18
I loved this book!!! I finished it in less than two days, and I cant wait to continue the Wedding Pact Series. I laughed many times during this audiobook, so I'd say it will be memorable for years to come. This is one of those books that I would like to come back to someday. Denise Grover Swank is now one of my favorite authors.
Shannon McManus was a great narrator. I could easily tell who was talking throughout the book, and she made it feel like I can easily visualize the scenes that are being depicted. She's one of my new favorites as well.
I can't even pick one favorite scene from the whole audiobook. From when they were on the plane and Megan was being hilarious with the flight attendant and Josh, to when they arrived at her family's house and they were talking about their whole plan... him faking being her fiance and him denying that Jay even existed in the first place, and to him walking in on the grandma naked doing yoga. And the ending was amazing.
I LOVED THIS!!!!

Max Alexander is nearing 35. He's built a successful company, and he's conquered the professional world, but he's never been lucky in love. Focusing so much time on his business and raising his daughter, adulting has come at the expense of his personal life. His social skills are shit, his patience is shot, and at times, his temper runs hot. The last thing he has time for is the recently single, too gorgeous for her own good young woman he hires to take care of his little girl.

Dang that was good!
Revisado: 07-08-18
I really loved this book! I finished it in a day which was easy because it's kinda sort compared to 10-24 hour audiobooks. I loved Max and Addison. It was a cliche done perfectly. I found myself laughing through out the audio. I LOVE Sebastian York's and really like Ava Erickson's performance. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Historia
Twenty years ago she had her whole life spread out before her. She was Bess Walsh, a fresh-scrubbed, middle-class student ready to conquer the design world. And she was taken. Absolutely and completely. But not by Andy, her well-groomed, intellectual boyfriend who had hinted more than once about a ring. No. During that hot summer as a waitress and living on the beach, she met Nick, the moody, dark-haired, local bad boy. He was, to put it mildly, not someone she could take home to Daddy.

Young Robert Downey Jr....
Revisado: 06-25-18
I liked the use of constantly going back and forth between the past and present. Nick (young Robert Downey Jr.) was annoying at times, but it was understandable because he felt out of place and restricted by his death. There wasn't really a happy ending, but there was a good sense of closure and Eddie lingering around for Bess for 20 years. I guess he and Eddie are eventually gonna be together... ehh... okay I guess. I don't really care for the closure of Bess and Nicks past though. If he can supernaturally come back from the dead, then he can supernaturally stay. Maybe he could've supernaturally came back to stay. Maybe once they established their love and forgiveness, he could've spontaneously changed into a 41-year-old overnight, and they'd stay together and happily ever after. Whatever. It was a good read for me.

Ummm... Not what I expected...
Revisado: 05-25-18
... I honestly didn't really care for Yulia existing in this book series. I'd have to admit that Anna Zaires is an amazing writer (one of my favorites), and she wrote this trilogy in an intelligent and very creative light. I like getting that glimps into Lucas character and from his point of view, but what in the world... what about Rosa!?
I though he was gonna end up with Rosa based off how Twist Me ended with Rosa still being interested in him and Nora knowing and supporting that. I was hoping to get that sense of "awww i knew they were gonna be together" closure. I thought my prediction was right. Well, Anna Zaires really can be unpredictable and ruthless writer. Like, remember when she killed off Beth!
AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT THOUGHT "Ok- what about Rosa? What the heck!?"
My girl, Rosa, and Lucas would have been very very cute together.
When she brought him that soup... AWW she was so sweet and cute and nice and obviously into him and he knew that!
I'm really sad and bitter about this. Idk im only in the middle of the first book, but I just have to say this is all I'm thinking right now.
I'm trying to stay into this trilogy. I'm trying to like Yulia even though she stressed Nora out to death from Julian being in the plane crash and killed a lot of Julian's men and dang near killed Julian and Lucas and lets not forget her being in the way of Rosa and Lucas possibly being together.
****I miss and LOVE Juilan and Nora SO PLEASE DON'T STOP WITH THEM!******
-p.s. don't give a crap that she started off 18 and him way older... obviously she still an adult and dark romances about illegal activies.... duhhh!!! If I was 18-- I would f*ck the f*ck out of Julian crazy ass. I love him!
Anywho, the narration was great. I don't care for the accent thing, but I guess it would've been a nice touch.
