Historia
The practice of mindfulness is most often touted for its profound mind, body, and spirit benefits. Shelly Tygielski here shows that mindfulness can also be a powerful tool for spurring transformative collective action. In a winning combination of memoir, manifesto, and how-to, Tygielski shares her evolution from a Jerusalem-born child of traditional Sephardic Orthodox parents to a middle-class American suburban youth who questioned her faith to a young executive in corporate America.

Authenticity, clarity, strength…

Hands on, don’t do what I SAY, do what I DO wisdom and truly uncanny synchronicities at play. There are times when a book comes along or an author speaks and transformation occurs in real time. Magic. I appreciate the candor, the failures and the triumphs. The fact that I’m already aligned with what’s being said is an understatement. The fact that THIS book dropped at a time in my life where I needed it most is a revelation. Thank you for writing this book and thank you for sharing it with us all.
