Historia
"The Mis-Education of the Negro" is a book originally published in 1933 by Dr. Carter G. Woodson. The thesis of Dr. Woodson's book is that blacks of his day were being culturally indoctrinated, rather than taught, in American schools. This conditioning, he claims, causes blacks to become dependent and to seek out inferior places in the greater society of which they are a part. He challenges his readers to become autodidacts and to "do for themselves", regardless of what they were taught.

this book will make you examine your role in society and how you make a living. I didn't even expect this book 2 have the ability to increase my economic earnings. one of the main points that it stresses is to look for bettering your community and taking advantage of the untapped resources in the African American community. the orator was excellent. not only does it give you some history on why things are the way they are in the African American community but it also offers Solutions. like not being ashamed to sell items the betterment of your community instead of another nationality doing it I i e corner stores

Historia
One of the enduring yet little-examined themes in Civil War lore is the widespread belief that on the field of battle and afterward, members of Masonic lodges would give aid and comfort to wounded or captured enemy Masons, often at great personal sacrifice and danger. This work is a deeply researched examination of the recorded, practical effects of Freemasonry among Civil War participants on both sides.

the concept of masonry like you've never seen
Revisado: 02-25-18
This was a very informative book. it not only touches on the general energy and conflicts that were occurring during the Civil War it describes in Vivid detail the attitudes of the time and the deeds and actions of the men in the Masonic fraternity. the most entertaining part of the book is how the author describes during dire situations of life and death by just being a Mason it could save your life and give cause for people to do heroic and gentlemanly Deeds for a fellow brother Mason. it also describes in short detail African American masonry in a very limited fashion but nonetheless it mentions it. a book well worth the price and a very entertaining listen.

Historia
This is the breathtaking adventure of the great Carthaginian general who shook the foundations of Rome. In the world's first "global" conflict, Hannibal Barca marched up and down the Italian peninsula for 18 years, appearing well nigh invincible to a Rome which began to doubt itself for the first time in its history.

an epic story in valuable life lessons
Revisado: 02-25-18
the narrator takes you into the mind of Hannibal and goes over the political situation of the of the time and the strategies Hannibal's used to defeat the Romans in many battles. he also discusses Hannibal's tactics for a allying the different nations together to work for one aim, Conquering the Romans. the addition of sound effects and the awesome narrator made this book an immersive experience I listened to this book at work in 2 days. Hannibal was probably one of the greatest Commandment that ever lived. another interesting side note are the many nations in Africa that I didn't realize where African.
