I laughed, I cried, I was inspired, and damn, was it sexy! Alexis Daria's characters are authentic and multidimensional. The details she includes about Latinx New York -- its people, food, culture, music -- really bring you into the world of Gabe and Michelle. And the fanfic writing flashbacks as told via Windows Messenger were such a poignant inclusion! I recommend this book to anyone looking to fall in love with two beautiful (no really, they're hot AF) and complicated characters and the colorful world around them.

This book is so insightful, with quick tips and tricks from someone clearly well versed with the wedding industry. I especially appreciated the inclusivity for queer and gender non-conforming readers, POC, and considerations about accessibility - audiences all too frequently excluded from mainstream wedding publications. It was a quick weekend read on Audible, but I'm going ahead and buying the print version too so I can add all my post-its and highlighting!
