Historia
What if the tales from the Old Testament and other ancient writings, such as those from Sumer, Babylon, Egypt, and Greece, were not myths or allegory but accounts of actual historical events? Known for his ability to read and interpret ancient Sumerian and Akkadian clay tablets, Zecharia Sitchin (1920-2010) took the words of our most ancient ancestors as fact and, through decades of meticulous research, showed that they revealed a coherent narrative about the true origins of humanity and civilization.

Dreadful
Revisado: 09-06-23
I thought it'd be interesting but it's really just a remix of his books. Imagine a good song turned into a bad remix tape.

Absolutely worthless
Revisado: 10-13-21
I've read better stories with better dialogue on nifty that was in this book! The "voice" reading the book is annoyingly whiney and has zero ability to carry out simple delivery. I regret using a credit to buy this worthless book

Historia
Always leave a little salt on the bread. Ikey Solomon's favorite saying is also his way of doing business, and in the business of thieving he's very successful indeed. Ikey's partner in crime is his mistress, the forthright Mary Abacus, until misfortune befalls them. They are parted and each must make the harsh journey from thriving nineteenth century London to the convict settlement of Van Diemen's Land.

My favourite book of all time
Revisado: 08-07-17
It's a bit hard to listen to at times of the cruelty of man being told but worth it to go through the struggles, the wins and yet more losses of life. These characters and their wisdom have lived with me for 25years in my mind now.
