Trevor Noah is articulate and masterful at explaining and teaching the history and impact of racism in the most effective ways. He shares his upbringing, personal experiences and observations, the realities that apartheid and cultural attitudes and beliefs that shaped him are delivered with humor, truth and the accuracy of sharp shooters sinking important understanding and knowledge deep into the reader/listeners conciousness. I listened, laughed and learned. I am grateful for this opportunity to have experienced this story.

The voice of hope and reason

I love this book. I have long struggled with these issues. My grandfather was a bishop, my father a pastor, my Mother continues to be an evangelist and yet I have not been convinced to live or to raise my children in the religious tradition. I could not always articulate my feelings as well as they are communicated here. I feel like I am in good company in the inclusion movement. My gift to others who ask why? will be this book. Thank you Carlton. These words are vital and life affirming. To potential buyers, don't hesitate, buy this book and read it or listen to it. This is a declaration of hope and love ❤️.

Individuals Make This Story Great

The stories of how couples conceived and overcame obstacles are so wonderful. I loved hearing how average people throughout the world exercised their power to use the Law of Attraction. We're going to watch The Secret as a family tonight and then discuss how we're going to use the Law of Attraction individually and together. For the last few days I've been working on a "Present Gratitude List" and a "Future Gratitude List." I'm feeling the difference in my spirit. I also notice I'm writing more. This book is the answer to a prayer I prayed for help in moving forward. I rise excited in the morning ready to express my sincere gratitude throughout the day for life in the moment and for the future I am visualizing for myself.

Inspirational and informative quick read/listen

Justin Perry, thank you. Your words have blessed and added to the financial transformation of my life. This is one of the simplest and quickest reads I've had in a long time. These words are like seeds that have been planted in the good ground of my conciousness. I'm so excited I'm going to listen to this again right now and then I plan to read the book. Naturally Beautiful Story

I have heard of this classic novel many times over the years but had not planned to read or listen to it. I was convinced I should read it after listening to "I Can See Clearly" by Dr. Wayne Dyer. He's been one of the great teachers of my life. He described the impact this story had on his life as a child. I was convinced I should read it. I listened to the majority of it as I walked each day. Listening to the story made me much more aware of nature, the plants and trees, the birds, bugs and even the air and skyline. My respect for nature deepened as I listened and discovered the healing powers of being outside through the voices of children. It's worth mentioning that I developed a morning walking habit during this time. My body needed and continues to need the exercise and experience of being outdoors. I've been stagnant much to long and as the children in the story I am becoming stronger, healthier, more observant and grateful through my daily communion with the great outdoors.

Infinite Relevance

I read this book years ago and remember enjoying it then. Reading it now I feel was an omen for my own personal legend. I've been reminded about the great relevance of my individual journey through this wisdom and masterful guidance. As adults it's easy to allow ourselves to be consumed with the compliance of tradition especially when we've experienced the backlash of nontraditional choices from those around us. I'm encouraged to continue in pursuit of the treasures of my life, to look for the omens, to listen to and communicate with and from my heart. Thank you Paul Coelho.
