The performance was as bad as the editing and constantly re-reading the last few words from each obvious page turn.... The inclusion of 'th "sCiEnCe" of getting rich' and other JP Morgan propaganda tripe makes me suspect that to the editor believed the GHOSTS are th VILLAINS of 'A Christmas Carol'.... Seriously just don't.

For some, though, especially those who grew up before trans people were widely out and advocating for equality, these feelings were often compartmentalized and rarely acted upon. Now that gender reassignment has become much more commonplace, many of these people may feel increasing pressure to finally undergo the procedures they have always secretly wanted.

The utter absurdity of claiming that trans medical care is forced on people who spend decades in some cases fighting for a chance to align tgeir bodies with their Minds, their hearts, and their souls is made even more preposterous by claiming that insurance only just barely beginning to cover said procedures is somehow a "bad thing" when it's literally ONLY because of hard fought legal battles from Trans people to not be discriminated against that Trans people get ANY assistance at all.
Meanwhile similar reconstructive surgeries are provided without question or hesitation to cis-hetero individuals (as it should)...
Trans people have been thoroughly studied from a medical standpoint since the LATE 70'S... There is a mountain of evidence to support providing medical transition is the most effective path...
The suggestion that trans people should be forced into suffering as some sort of "earning / right of passage" is frankly disgusting...
The detransition rate is less than 2% and nearly 80% of those individuals state that the reason for their detransition was because they were subjected to bigotry... Most go on to re-transition once they are able to escape said bigotry.
I'm honestly appalled that audible continues to publish transphobic garbage misrepresentations and pseudoscience like this and "irreversible damage" when the claims within are so readily debunked.
