highly recommend this book.

This book is a great way to add verbal skills to help navigate the ups and downs of tense situations. I have read it many times and continue to get something new each time. It's call to humility when dealing with others is the best advice it gives. if you cannot master humility, this book will not be as useful to you as it could be.
