I genuinely loved this narration. It felt real. It felt like Leo was someone I was hanging out with and telling me his story rather than just being read to. The occasional sound of page turns anchored me. I’ve listened to many “professional” narrators that have put me to sleep. But this was a job well done. I hope Nathan chooses to narrate his other books. I’ll definitely be listening if/when that happens.
I kept pulling out my kindle to highlight sections that often turned into several pages. I've never seen my generations frustrations so well captured and condensed in one place. The story was great, the bar an absolute wonder. I will definitely read this many times over.

Just what I needed.

I don’t know what it is about Lucy Lennox and Micheal Dean but starting a book is like coming home. I’ve struggled through some of my recent reads, enjoying them but not in love. Gent & Winter grabbed me instantly. I loved them. I’d love longer but it’s pretty perfect as it is. A beautiful heartfelt connection that’s the perfect combination of sweet and hot. Can’t wait to see what else Aster Valley has to offer.

Danny & Jordan are always a fun read. It was great to revisit them in audio this time. This is a wonderfully naughty dad’s best friend age gap book. Jordan is all kinds of sexy and in charge. A perfect mix with Danny’s sweet curiosity. I love the chemistry between these two. What started as an illicit affair turns into so much more as Danny & Jordan unexpectedly fall for each other in the midst of just having some fun. Danny is off to college, and having a secret attachment at home is not easy. Back home Jordan is steady at work, struggling with his boy being away and friends wanting to play matchmaker. The distance is hard, but they are better for it, as Danny has the space to grow into himself. Their love comes at a steep cost in many ways but in the end having each other is worth everything.
