Like all the Bobiverse books, you have up pay attention with multiple story lines but they’re all great. The performance was great, as always.

my daughter and I couldn't quit listening

my six-year-old and I really enjoyed listening to this book. The performance kept us involved and we loved the little sound effects. Having a different character for voice is great and like theater instead of just listening to a book. There were a few places I had to listen to First before allowing her to make sure they weren't too scary and one section I explained to her rather than had her listen to. She has an advanced six-year-old in the third grade but still a six-year-old. one thing this story was great for is that the main character and braces who she really is and that she is highly intelligent and that's okay. For the parent of a gifted child that means a lot . Having an example of someone who is proud of how they were made and wants to be true to themselves even when that means occasionally knowing a great deal and not being ashamed of one thing that makes them different but rather being proud of the thing that makes them different. overall a great story about family a great adventure and a happy ending.

it was the best book I've ever heard in my life

My 6 year old writes: It was the best song and the performance and everything was better than I've ever heard in a book. It was more amazing than I would imagine and Princess Rainbow usually had very great attitude when she's playing her guitar and everybody circles her because of her great music. My favorite part is when she attached herself to the sky and, like, it was just amazing.

Mama's Opinion: We're on listen #6 and I'm still in love with this book. Seriously, the music, the theme of friendship, the challenges, the triumph ... all of it. If you want a book you can love over and over and over (because what 6 yo doesn't listen to something over and over?) THIS is your book. I loved it so much, I've written her short stories I read to her about new characters that are friends of these characters because we just can't get enough. (My stories don't come with a full cast but I do a pretty good job changing my voice ... now I just need a soundtrack. Ha!)

a good story matched with complex an interesting characters then narrated so well makes this a 5-star book. I thoroughly appreciate the level a vocabulary and how accurate it is for the timeframe.

enjoyable and interesting

first, the overall book is excellent and, in true Stan Lee fashion, it explores many human characteristics and challenges. It allows for hope but still sticks to the reality of humans without sticking to the reality of the human world.

I will caution parents that, though the characters are teens, there is a decent amount of language including some of the more intense curse words.

If you don't catch some of the amazing insight about the internet, connectivity and our current and future societal and personal challenges, listen again. There are some gems in this book.

one of the favorite books I've listened to.

I was expecting much from the author based on the intelligence of his other books. And I was not disappointed. It had enough excitement enough statement on history and humanity and enough character to keep me installed.

I wondered if the format of being cell phones and voicemail would bother me but it didn't. It really played perfectly for the story. I wasn't confident I knew the ending and that's unusual so I'll call this a really great book. I was covered in Goosebumps for the last 20 minutes.

Great narration of good book

the story of these friends is excellent. it is a good reference to what was happening at the time the story is set in. The narration is absolutely perfect for this book. The characters are surprisingly easy to distinguish without the narrator going too far out to create different voices. I will probably listen to any story with these characters that I can get my hands on. It is not often I find strong enough women with intelligence who still maintain they're ladylike manners.

Great narration. Good mystery.

If you enjoy a good English mystery, this is the perfect book for you. the narrator was absolutely perfect for the characters I'm does a surprisingly good English and American accent. The writer captured the post-war time frame and the society beautifully. I highly recommended this book.

one of the best audible books I have gotteng

I know it said it was for youth or young adult but as a 50 year old who originally listen to it to see if it was okay for her child I couldn't stop listening. I totally enjoyed the entire production quality and the story itself. It should be good for a child 10 or older depending on the maturity level of the child. It reminds me of a radio program from before TV. It had such great quality to music sound effects and voices.
