Graphic Audio does amazing narrations!

I've read the book, listened to the original audiobook and still so happy I've got them in Graphic Audio form. The story is a fantastic continuation of the story and the world building.

This book has a decent pace. My biggest issue is the narration of the female characters. Threet does not have distinct enough voices for the different characters. Boucher does a good job though and with his you can recognize different characters.

I wanted to like it.

I wanted to like this book. The concept was interesting, but the main character was frustrating and annoying. The MC knew so much he didn't evolve, basically no character building. The narrators were good and the only reason I was able to continue the story. This may be the first book I have returned to Audible.

Amazing Story

The story was great. You feel what the characters emotions are strongly throughout different points of the story. I am finishing this review and immediately starting the next book.

The narrator is the only good part

I have never read/listened to a Nora Roberts story before this one. I decided to listen to this one because I like Luke Daniels as a narrator and thought this would be a good way to experience a new for me author. His narration was fantastic but the story was terrible. The characters felt underdeveloped. There was an underlying ghost scenario that should have been utilized more or just left out completely.

Correia is an amazing writer

How would you react if you found out monsters were real? Owen Zastava Pitt is thrust into a world of creatures that people believe to be myth.

The story is engaging right from the start and holds your attention to the end. My husband is not a reader, but Correia's writing along with Wyman's performance had him hooked. He is even listening to it again.

Jumped right into the next story

I enjoyed the story so much I started downloading the next before it finished.

The Lore is full of enemies, but sometimes fate supersedes hatred. Emma and Lachlan continue to expand Cole's supernatural universe while reminding you of the last story. Despite this it stands on it's own. The narrator is great too!

Robert Petkoff brings the story to life

Petkoff is an amazing narrator. The story was shorter than I prefer but the characters were still developed. I have already started the next book in the series and I can say each other brings old and new characters together. Cole created stories that overlap and continue into the combined history and future of the Lore creatures.
