Historia
It's comforting to imagine that superstars in their fields were just born better equipped than the rest of us. When a co-worker loses 20 pounds, or a friend runs a marathon while completing a huge project at work, we assume they have more grit, more willpower, more innate talent, and above all, more motivation to see their goals through. But that's not at actually true, as popular Inc.com columnist Jeff Haden proves. "Motivation" as we know it is a myth. Motivation isn't the special sauce that we require at the beginning of any major change.

Finally a realistic motivation guide!
Revisado: 07-08-20
Every small achievement, part of the plan towards the big goal, feeds the motivation "shot" to take the next step...and feel good about it and yourself. celebrate every step, avoid minimizing daily achievement by comparing every step to the huge distance to the "top" . Enjoy the process. goal achievement will be a "side-consequence" .

Mind opening, habit-inertia challanging
Revisado: 06-09-20
As most public materials on this field, the content is highly diluted in anectodes and filler words and expressions. They might however, help, as they keep your mind hovering on the matter while going through the "exemple story" . The first half is highly mind opening and mind-habit challanging. Really good to change your mind from the passive "do it like this or you are wrong" approach to learning to the "what is valuable to you? what meaning and importance does it have to you personally" . A way to get involved and feel in control of your own training in the first place. To actually own and be in control in your education and way of thought research, no matter the field. A very handy tool to have for your own life.
