Historia
Never before have we had so much information available to us about food and health. There's GAPS, paleo, detox, gluten-free, alkaline, the sugar conspiracy, clean eating.... Unfortunately, a lot of it is not only wrong but actually harmful. So why do so many of us believe this bad science? Assembling a crack team of psychiatrists, behavioral economists, food scientists, and dietitians, the Angry Chef unravels the mystery of why sensible, intelligent people are so easily taken in by the latest food fads, making brief detours for an expletive-laden rant.

Not as revelatory or helpful as I was expecting
Revisado: 07-17-23
This book felt like it was written by the kind of person who wishes you good morning at 12:03 while you’re still out at the bar… technically correct but missing the point. If you struggle with believing food fads and crash diets, this book may help you break that relationship down a bit and could be useful. But for me I felt myself just shrugging along to the whole thing saying “well duh”.
