A very well-rounded book. I particularly like the narrator - the pace is set perfectly, this allowed my partner and I to pause in-between sections to discuss what we had heard. We are trying to build on our relationship as we have been through some tough times. This has helped us substantially in understanding each other’s needs and wants, as well as learning more about how we both feel in regards to our relationship. A specific chapter that comes to mind that we found particularly useful was “Adapting to Problems Together”, which with our current situation, fit us like a glove and really helped us out.
