Historia
The author introduces you to the illness, its symptoms, and causes. Stephanie Anne Allen goes on to share her own intimate battle with the devastating mental illness. She then describes exactly what methods, tips, and guidelines she used to cope with and overcome the illness. She provides you with hope, by her own example, that recovery from this mental illness is possible. And to top it all off, Stephanie ends with some very deep inspirational quotes dedicated entirely to those who suffer from schizophrenia.

A gem for people with schizophrenia
Revisado: 09-05-19
I should say a treasure for persons with schizophrenia. Ms. Allen is a lioness. What she says is a true way to defeat schizophrenia. All people should follow what she says. And definitely keep the faith. People who have reached the light at the end of the tunnel truly should be the ones to listen to. Thank you ms. Allen.

Historia
What’s often overlooked is that the simple conversation between doctor and patient can be as potent an analgesic as many treatments we prescribe.
"The Conversation Placebo" is from the January 20, 2017 Opinion section of The New York Times. It was written by Danielle Ofri and narrated by Keith Sellon-Wright.

Placebos are good for health

Short but significant. I think positive and also believe that my body is healing itself and perhaps that is why the symptoms from my autoimmune disease have improved along with the medicine. If a doctor is not paying attention to me when I'm with them their negativity effects me right then and there and I have to seek counseling from a friend or self council in order to think positive about recovery
