Historia
Juliana Montgomery quickly finds herself breaking every rule in the book, but that's the least of her worries. She never expected to receive an invitation to Paranormal Academy because she's pretty sure there's nothing magical about her. But it turns out she's wrong. No one knows what her paranormal race is, but Juliana comes from a paranormal bloodline so powerful that everyone at the Academy is talking about her.

My First Audio Book
Revisado: 08-04-23
Disclaimer I got this book in exchange for an honest review.
Overall 4 Stars: All in all there are small improvement that could have been made
Perfornace 4 Stars: The performance of the narrator could use a little more work on expressing the emotions and the story line its self would use some work to make the performance better
Story 3 Storys: It is a good start to a story but does leave you questioning some things here and there before the book ends making it some what confusing.
May Contain Spoilers so with being said I hope this helps those looking for a good audio book.
First off...I have been a HUGE fan of Jody & Jayme for a long time. Overall the book is amazing. I got so lost in listening to the story that I would forget what I was doing around the house. The narrator did a really good job at trying to read the story and convey each character's emotions and feelings within the first book. It started off at a nice steady pace though I do believe some things were a little rushed. I understand it's a paranormal book but a little more interaction and events between the main characters would have helped the story out a little more. For example, between Juliana and the professor would have been nice to have seen some more classes or random bumps into each other before that first kiss. As for the witch/warlock, I love the struggle of...'Is he good', 'Is he bad' she has going between them is great. Lastly, the werewolf and not knowing are they fated or not. I know the story is about Juliana but hearing more of his inner thoughts and struggle would have been nice and see more of a push and pull attraction would have help with their story in this book. I was upset the book ended (lol all good books ending are upsetting before you get to the 2nd one) but I look forward to checking out the next book to see how the story and time line play out with this, though..... I can't call it a triangle so love square? lol
