Different but lovely

I randomly stumbled upon this book and gave it a go as I’m an avid student of spirituality and particularly interested in Jesus. It was a lovely experience, and I loved the story of David and Mimi learning the true story of Jesus. If the story of Jesus as presented by the Bible never seemed quite right, this will bring the answers.
Just a note: this is not your typical audiobook. The author is a well known new age musician and his reading is accompanied by flutes and there are songs throughout. If you soften your mind and let the storytelling unfold you will enjoy it. Many of these songs were directly inspired by the events described in the book, and I enjoyed it. There is about an hour of just songs at the woods end, which I must admit I skipped. But overall, I’m very grateful for this experience. It was exactly what I needed.
