This is a very motivational book. I want to hear Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution audio next. The diet really works. The medical union is really having a hard time accepting this easy to follow diet plan. Phen Phen didn't even work as effectively as this diet....and there are no deadly side affects like heart damage and death with the Atkins diet. Thank you for offering this inspiring audio!
