A must read. Fun to listen and to the point. Great source of insight and perspective for any person in business, especially small-medium businesses. Daniel shows you what you don't realise you don't know, and how it works, and what is the general best approach to guide your way. Things I've always wondered about, he opens the black box on the next level we want to achieve but haven't been able to look into. It is a bonus that the knowledge shared in this book also comes from a South African perspective.
Narrator was easy to listen to and well matched. I turned-up the listening speed, did not take long to complete the content. Will revisit due to all the good advice contained
