Well written, however, the quiz answers are separate from the questions. When the answers are given after the entire quiz, only letters are given, none of the possible answers are explained. This is okay on a printed copy where a person can refer to the questions. In the audio version this is meaningless. Perhaps if added printed (PDF..etc) came with then it would be great.

If you are a real estate agent this will not give you any new information. What it will do in the last chapter is give you a web address that you can purchase a monthly subscription. That website according to the book is said to give you a list of possible customers.
