Historia
Six years is a long time, but memories and his harsh teachings are what remain imprinted upon Auska's soul...and, in the end, his compassion - sacrifice - for her, a girl who was nothing more than a burden thrust upon his solitary ways. Sanctuary is safe and secure with its strict policies, offering a life anyone on the outside of its walls would kill to have; the world has only grown crueler and more dangerous through the years. The cure was a farce, and even if it hadn't been, the technology and resources have long since been depleted in the crumbling world of man.

A real edge of your seat read
Revisado: 11-30-21
This was an amazing follow up to book one, I enjoyed it so much I read both books back to back, and wanted more! Another fast paced, action packed read that had me on the edge of the seat, it was an emotional rollercoaster. Auska's grown up and missing Archer, and stumbles into a conspiracy within Sanctuary's wall, and learns one more final lesson from Archer. More great suspense and shocking plot twist, and fantastic narration, this is a series worth following, I can't wait for the next book. I received this book in exchange for my honest review.

Historia
Ten years has passed since an infectious virus nearly consumed all of mankind. Millions died, millions more became infected, changed, and turned into mindless, feral hunters bent on the consumption of living flesh. Archer was a solitary man, scavenging what he could to survive off the ruins of the world that no longer existed. A world gone mad, where those who still lived were just as great of threat as those who were infected.

Historia
Heralded as the saviors of the Arathian species for their ability to procreate with the infertile Arathians, Earthers are honored citizens on Arath. Conall MacLeod's future is forever changed when he meets an Arathian male and female who make him wish for a second chance at love. But nothing is ever easy… Conall’s self-identity is entrenched in the idea that he’s a monogamous - and heterosexual - man, yet he finds himself unexpectedly lusting after two people, one of them, shockingly, male.

amazing and addictive!
Revisado: 05-27-20
I loved this book! I thought Onnalee was a great heroine so calm and unnassuming until what she loves most is threatened - then the mouse roars and she has a back bone of steel! The Macleod family were a fantastic mix of odd-ball absolutely adorable! There was non-stop action and intrige, betrayal and plenty of hot, steamy romance all narrated in Lessa Lambs wonderfully expressive voice, I highly recommend this book!

A great start to a hot new series
Revisado: 05-25-20
I read and enjoyed this series before, and this 3rd edition was an improvement, it was more detailed and 'polished'. The book is an enjoyable easy read about alien abduction, the heroine Lacey is having a very bad day! Lacey gets abducted while lost and finds herself on the slavers block, Arathians Kor and Ty save her only to discover she may hold the solution to their problems. I loved this book and was hooked from the first chapter, I couldn't put it down and finished it in one sitting, Lessa Lamb's narration brought the characters to life and giving them a wonderful depth of emotion. I can't wait to start the next book.
