Historia
In The Four Agreements, a New York Times best seller for over seven years, don Miguel Ruiz revealed how the process of our education, or “domestication,” can make us forget the wisdom we were born with. Throughout our lives, we make many agreements that go against ourselves and create needless suffering.

I love how he talks about everything we is symbols and storytelling. Made a lot of sense to me and really enjoyed. I may need to listen to it a couple times

Historia
In his groundbreaking book The Biology of Belief, Dr. Bruce Lipton outlined the evidence that our thoughts are just as important as our genes in controlling our health and evolution. As the emerging science of epigenetics shows, our beliefs and choices can control our biology down to a cellular level. According to Dr. Lipton, this startling scientific insight suggests a major evolutionary shift for the human species is on the horizon.

2020 would have change some of this dialogue but all the evolution is right on. He is very on point with stuff and 2020 was survival of the fittest. It will continue to be but we real don’t ever die since we are only energy. Physical and magic co creating!

A true insight to family
Revisado: 07-19-20
It made a lot of sense to me. It has just confirm my beliefs but gave me more of an insight to why his behavior is what it is. I like that she makes a point to acknowledge the times when President Trump was nice to her. I will admit that I was on The Apprentice bandwagon and even almost signed up for the University but knew I was not good with online learning. I loved him and thought he was awesome. After the Apprentice went on for a few years, I realized he was just an ass and shortly understood how much he wasn't about business but about fame. This book just confirmed that my feelings were right. Thank you Mary for your bravery! We all have seen how He retaliates and I wish you powerful strength to always remember that the people's opinion that matter, will be on your side.
