worth the read

I've been driven to learn project management out of necessity. This book gave a great introduction into unofficial PM, and laid out the basic steps. I found the example stories relevant. I would like more detail on planning and setting long and short term project goals, but this was a great first step for me.

I really enjoyed the format of this book. It was like listening to a play. The story is so vibrant in the readers'voices. I knew next to nothing about the subject, so not only was it immensely enjoyable, it was historically informative.
